Everi Launches Faster Digital Drawings and Point Redemptions

Everi has launched two new digital loyalty modules aimed at speeding up giveaway drawings and point redemptions, improving convenience and fairness for casino players.

Trilogy QuikDraw replaces the traditional ticket-based drawing system with a fully digital process. This innovation reduces the time needed for large drawings from 30 minutes or more to under three minutes, regardless of the number of entries. For players, this means less waiting and a more engaging experience on the casino floor.

Each digital entry is securely linked to a player’s loyalty account based on qualifying spend, eliminating the risk of ticket sharing or transfer. This ensures that every entry has an equal chance of winning, with winners selected by a random number generator certified by regulators. The digital system also allows operators to draw all winners simultaneously, addressing concerns that lengthy drawing sessions can reduce gameplay.

QuikDraw supports drawings that span midnight, providing flexibility for casino events that extend across days. The automated verification process simplifies entry activation for players and reduces staff workload, allowing casino employees to focus on customer engagement rather than troubleshooting.

Michelle Foot, Everi’s vice president of loyalty product management, highlighted the community aspect of drawings: Drawing sessions make players feel part of a community, they build anticipation, and they inspire players to celebrate a win together. The system’s architecture supports real-time processing at scale, capable of handling billions of entries without delay.

The second module, Trilogy QuikRedeem, streamlines the redemption of loyalty points. First installed in June at Feather Falls Casino and Lodge in California, QuikRedeem allows players to convert points into physical gifts or immediately usable funds with minimal staff involvement. This digital approach provides greater transparency and flexibility for players managing their loyalty rewards.

Operators can configure multiple redemption options tailored to their properties, including on-site amenities like restaurants, spas, and concerts, as well as off-site locations such as gas stations and golf courses. The point conversion rates can be customized for each reward type, giving players more control over their loyalty benefits.

For players, these modules offer faster, fairer, and more personalized loyalty experiences. The automation reduces errors and staff workload, which can improve overall service quality on the casino floor.

QuikDraw is currently installed in three casinos, with additional deployments underway. The ongoing enhancements to both modules aim to integrate more features and improve player tracking system compatibility.
