Jackpot.com & Birches Health Ahead of Problem Gambling Awareness Month

Jackpot.com teams up with Birches Health to bring special educational content to both users and staff, just in time for Problem Gambling Awareness Month this March. They united forces to promote a safer gambling space and offer better support to everyone.

The online lottery operator joined efforts with Birches Health to roll out common marketing campaigns and deliver exclusive educational content straight on the platform. The goal? To keep potential players informed and promote responsible gambling in a brand-new way, much more different than what we’re used to.

Akshay Khanna, Jackpot.com Co-Founder and CEO said: “We are very excited to announce Jackpot.com’s partnership with Birches Health, especially ahead of Problem Gambling Awareness Month.”

As a result, Jackpot.com will receive a range of educational content related to responsible gambling. All this – ahead of two major RG (Responsible Gambling) campaigns in 2025. These are Problem Gambling Awareness Month in March and Responsible Gaming Education Month in September.

By the way, the 2024 Problem Gambling Awareness Month was led by the National Council on Problem Gambling under the theme: Every story matters. And it really does. Several gambling operators and suppliers, like FanDuel and Sporttrade, took part. Cannot wait to see what this year’s event brings to the table.

According to this latest partnership, the gambling addiction counselling platform, aka Birches Health, will provide training sessions for Jackpot.com so that its staff knows how to offer consultations on Responsible Gambling campaigns.

Birches Health will also be responsible for reviewing training materials.

This way, all online lottery players will have direct access to custom support services through BirchesHelath.com.

When the lottery platform first launched, it was the only online lottery site with an iCap Certification from the National Council on Problem Gambling. But now, together with Birches Health and its level of responsible gaming protocols and educational content, Jackpot.com is more confident about the platform’s ability to provide a fun and safe space for all players.

By the way, the online lottery platform has recently gone live in Arizona. Just a fact I thought some of you might want to know.

Back to the partnership of the year, Birches Health Founder and CEO also had something to say on the subject: “We applaud Jackpot.com for leading the way and integrating educational resources and pathways to treatment directly into their platform.”

Tell you what, such efforts from an online gambling platform are a huge green flag in the industry. An operator that cares about its users as much as it does about its profit tells a lot about the safety of playing on such a platform.

This exclusive collaboration clearly shows the opportunities that do exist when it comes to offering professional support to all players.
